关于 GRB Link

GRB Link 是一款 BMS（电池管理系统）蓝牙监控工具，可帮助您：

  • 通过蓝牙连接 BMS 设备，实时查看电池电压、电流、SOC、温度等信息；
  • 查看保护参数、故障状态及设备版本信息；
  • 读取 SOH 健康度与设备历史记录；
  • 通过 OTA 在线或本地文件方式升级 BMS 固件。

常见问题

无法扫描到 BMS 设备？

  1. 确认手机蓝牙已开启；
  2. 确认 BMS 设备已上电且处于可被发现状态；
  3. 将手机靠近 BMS 设备（建议 1 米以内）；
  4. 在 iOS「设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 蓝牙」中，确认 GRB Link 已获得蓝牙权限；
  5. 关闭并重新打开 App 后再次扫描。

连接成功但读不到数据？

  1. 等待几秒，设备连接后会自动查询数据；
  2. 尝试断开后重新连接；
  3. 确认 BMS 设备型号与本 App 兼容。

OTA 升级失败或无法检查更新？

  1. 确认手机已连接 WiFi 或蜂窝网络；
  2. 关闭 VPN 后重试；
  3. 升级过程中请保持 App 在前台，且不要断开蓝牙连接；
  4. 若在线升级不可用，可尝试「本地文件升级」功能；
  5. 若提示「设备未上报产品线信息」，请先升级设备固件或联系技术支持。

如何切换语言？

打开 App 底部「关于」页面，在「语言设置」中选择中文或英文。

App 需要哪些权限？

  • 蓝牙：连接 BMS 设备并读取数据；
  • 网络：检查及下载固件更新（仅在使用 OTA 功能时）；
  • 文件访问：选择本地固件文件进行升级（仅在使用本地升级时）。

系统要求

  • iOS 13.0 或更高版本；
  • 支持蓝牙低功耗（BLE）的 iPhone 或 iPad；
  • 兼容的 GRB BMS 设备。

About GRB Link

GRB Link is a Bluetooth monitoring tool for Battery Management System (BMS) devices. It helps you:

  • Connect to BMS devices via Bluetooth and view real-time battery voltage, current, SOC, temperature, and more;
  • Review protection parameters, fault status, and device version information;
  • Read SOH (state of health) and device history records;
  • Update BMS firmware via online OTA or local file upload.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can't find any BMS devices when scanning?

  1. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone;
  2. Ensure the BMS device is powered on and discoverable;
  3. Move your phone closer to the BMS device (within about 1 meter);
  4. In iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Bluetooth, confirm GRB Link has Bluetooth permission;
  5. Force quit and reopen the App, then scan again.

Connected but no data is shown?

  1. Wait a few seconds — data is queried automatically after connection;
  2. Try disconnecting and reconnecting;
  3. Verify your BMS device model is compatible with this App.

OTA update failed or can't check for updates?

  1. Ensure your phone is connected to WiFi or cellular data;
  2. Disable VPN and try again;
  3. Keep the App in the foreground and maintain the Bluetooth connection during the update;
  4. If online update is unavailable, try the "Local file update" option;
  5. If you see "Device did not report product line," update the device firmware or contact support.

How do I change the language?

Open the "About" tab at the bottom of the App and select Chinese or English under "Language."

What permissions does the App require?

  • Bluetooth: Connect to BMS devices and read data;
  • Network: Check for and download firmware updates (only when using OTA);
  • File access: Select a local firmware file for updating (only when using local update).

System Requirements

  • iOS 13.0 or later;
  • iPhone or iPad with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) support;
  • Compatible GRB BMS device.
