欢迎使用 GRB Link（以下简称「本应用」）。本应用是一款通过蓝牙低功耗（BLE）连接电池管理系统（BMS）设备、读取电池状态信息并支持固件升级的工具类应用。
我们重视您的隐私。本隐私政策说明本应用如何处理信息。使用本应用即表示您同意本政策的条款。
1. 我们收集的信息
本应用不收集、不上传任何可识别个人身份的信息（如姓名、电话号码、电子邮件地址、位置信息或 Apple ID）。
本应用仅在您的设备本地处理以下数据，用于实现核心功能：
- 蓝牙设备信息：扫描并连接附近的 BMS 设备，读取设备序列号、电压、电流、电量（SOC）、温度、容量、故障状态等电池运行数据。这些数据仅在您的设备上显示，不会上传至我们的服务器。
- 语言偏好：您选择的界面语言（中文或英文）保存在设备本地（SharedPreferences），不会上传。
- 本地固件文件：若您选择「本地文件升级」，您从设备文件系统中选取的固件文件仅在本地用于蓝牙 OTA 升级，不会被上传。
2. 网络通信
当您主动使用「OTA 升级」功能中的「检查更新」或「下载并升级」时，本应用会连接我们的固件更新服务器，以：
- 获取可用固件版本清单（HTTP GET 请求）；
- 下载与您设备型号匹配的固件文件。
上述网络请求不包含您的个人身份信息。服务器可能记录常规的 HTTP 访问日志（如 IP 地址、请求时间），用于保障服务安全与稳定。
3. 设备权限
- 蓝牙：用于搜索、连接 BMS 设备并读取电池数据。仅在您使用相关功能时请求。
- 网络：用于检查及下载固件更新。仅在您主动触发 OTA 功能时使用。
- 文件访问：用于您主动选择本地固件文件进行升级。
4. 数据共享与第三方
我们不会出售、出租或以其他方式向第三方共享您的个人数据。本应用：
- 不包含第三方广告或分析 SDK；
- 不进行用户行为跟踪（Tracking）；
- 不要求注册账号或登录。
5. 数据存储与安全
电池数据在蓝牙连接期间于设备内存中处理，断开连接后不会持久保存历史电池数据（维护模块中的历史记录为从 BMS 设备实时读取，非本应用云端存储）。语言偏好等设置仅存储在您的设备本地。
我们采取合理措施保护通过 OTA 功能传输的固件文件完整性（包括 SHA-256 校验）。
6. 儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 周岁（或您所在司法管辖区规定的更高年龄）以下的儿童，也不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。
7. 您的权利
您可随时通过卸载本应用来删除所有本地存储的数据（包括语言偏好）。蓝牙权限和网络权限可在 iOS「设置」中管理。
8. 政策变更
我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。更新后的政策将发布于此页面，并更新「最后更新」日期。重大变更时，我们可能通过应用内提示等方式通知您。

Welcome to GRB Link (the "App"). GRB Link is a utility application that connects to Battery Management System (BMS) devices via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to read battery status and supports firmware updates.
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not collect or upload personally identifiable information (such as your name, phone number, email address, location, or Apple ID).
The App processes the following data locally on your device to provide core functionality:
- Bluetooth device data: Scans for and connects to nearby BMS devices, reading battery operational data such as device serial number, voltage, current, state of charge (SOC), temperature, capacity, and fault status. This data is displayed on your device only and is not uploaded to our servers.
- Language preference: Your selected interface language (Chinese or English) is stored locally on your device (SharedPreferences) and is not uploaded.
- Local firmware files: If you choose "Local file update," the firmware file you select from your device is used locally for BLE OTA updates only and is not uploaded.
2. Network Communication
When you actively use "Check for updates" or "Download and update" in the OTA Update feature, the App connects to our firmware update server to:
- Retrieve the available firmware version manifest (HTTP GET request);
- Download firmware files matching your device model.
These network requests do not include personally identifiable information. The server may log standard HTTP access data (such as IP address and request time) for security and service reliability.
3. Device Permissions
- Bluetooth: Used to discover, connect to, and read data from BMS devices. Requested only when you use related features.
- Network: Used to check for and download firmware updates. Used only when you initiate OTA features.
- File access: Used when you manually select a local firmware file for updating.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties. The App:
- Does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs;
- Does not perform user tracking;
- Does not require account registration or sign-in.
5. Data Storage and Security
Battery data is processed in device memory during an active Bluetooth connection. Historical records in the Maintenance module are read in real time from the BMS device and are not stored in our cloud. Settings such as language preference are stored locally on your device only.
We use reasonable measures to protect firmware file integrity during OTA transfers (including SHA-256 verification).
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your Rights
You may delete all locally stored data (including language preference) at any time by uninstalling the App. Bluetooth and network permissions can be managed in iOS Settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we may notify you through in-app notices or other appropriate means.
